The End to End Process of Buying and Consuming our Beef

1. Order Ahead

Our American Wagyu beef is processed around 2 years of age. Be sure to order early so we can reserve your slot. 

Ordering months ahead is not too soon!, otherwise it could be 6 months or more before your beef is ready

2. Delivery

Once your animal goes in for processing, We will schedule a delivery as soon as you complete your purchase.

3. Packaging

We use high quality vacuum sealing technology to ensure your beef stays fresh. Vacuum sealed beef can last 2 to 3 years in the freezer.

Price includes cutting, vacuum sealing and shipping/delivery.

*Ground Beef is packaged in tubes (vacuum seal is $1 per pound)

4. Storage

Plan to have plenty of space in your freezer!

Whole - Box Freezer (18-20 cu/ft.), Upright Freezer (30-36 cu/ft.)

Half - Box Freezer (8-10 cu/ft.), Upright Freezer (15-18 cu/ft.)

Quarter - Box Freezer (6-7 cu/ft.), Upright Freezer (7-9 cu/ft.)

Eighth - Upright freezer (3-4 cu/ft.)
